As your chalet hosts for this season, we are looking forward to welcoming you to the Chilled Mountain ski chalets.

Together we have over 15 years of experience in the hospitality trade ranging from fine dining restaurants to establishments serving over 2000 people a day. Dave has been cooking since the age of 16 and is a qualified chef. Liz originally trained as a teacher but has since gained her considerable hospitality experience whilst travelling the world.

We are both very active people that love the outdoors. Our interests range from canoeing to walking, rock climbing and sky diving and, of course, we are both passionate about skiing and snowboarding. We are a friendly, sociable and laid back couple and we hope to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. Whether you are joining us for a catered or self-catered holiday, we very much look forward to giving you a warm welcome in Oz en Oisans during the 2008/2009 season.
