Alpe d'Huez and Oz en Oisans

From Oz en Oisans you can enjoy ski-ing either the Vaujany ski area or the entire Massif des Grandes Rousses ski region.

The Massif des Grandes Rousses ski area is a vast and varied ski area, with 220 kms of runs consisting of 41 greens, 28 blues, 27 reds and 14 blacks including the longest black descent in the Alps!

The Ski Area

The Vaujany ski region extends from Vaujany to Alpe d'Huez , with 65 kms of runs and 35 slopes catering for every ski-ing ability.

One of Europe's most powerful artificial snow systems maintains snow levels at the lower slopes from 2700m to 1350m. At 3330m the Sarenne glacier ensures that high altitude glacer ski-ing is possible throughout the season!

At the end of the day it is possible to ski right back to the centre of the village where you can stop for a well earned refreshment, or walk the 50 metres back to your Chilled Mountain ski chalet.
