Constantijn and Michaela
Constantijn is a well travelled and very experienced chef who loves cooking regional fresh produce from around Oz en Oisan Creating dishes with a very broad knowledge from traditional and classic to some of the latest gastromics.
He really enjoys meeting any dietary requirements the group may have and providing each night with a unique culinary experience.
He is returning to Chilled Mountain this year with his partner Michaela, who is a friendly and compassionate person who has spent many years in customer service and hospitality. She takes alot of pride in ensuring her guests needs will be met.
With a background of caring for school children as well, Michaela enjoys looking after the whole family and looks forward to making your holiday as enjoyable as possible.
