Tom and Ash
This season Tom and Ashley will be returning to us for the third year running!
Tom is a very passionate self-taught chef with a keen eye for detail and great ability to be flexible, which means special diets are no problem. He really enjoys cooking regional dishes but also loves creating dishes from far edges of the globe making sure you have a week packed full with a great food experience. Tom has a very cosmopolitan work history including two years as a sushi chef in the south coast of England.
He and his fiancée Ashley have been in hospitality together for over 3 years now, including the family business in the North of France which is where they developed their joint passion for customer service.
Ashley is a very friendly and professional host and no matter how small the request she understands how important it can be to ones holiday.
When Tom is creating you a delicious three or four course meal in the evening it's not uncommon for Ashley to be circulating with the champagne or Kir Royale.
This will be Tom and Ashley's third year here at Chilled Mountain so rest assured that they know what they are doing and all elements of your holiday will run smoothly.
